Sunset Strip

The sunset. It can be found all over the world. Every evening. And yet it looks different everywhere. Nico Schaerer himself has a split relationship to sunsets. Just as he likes the natural spectacle itself, he finds it difficult to photograph sunsets. “Sunset photos usually look kitschy,” says the photographer. Nevertheless, he likes the picture “Sunset Strip”: “With this picture I was able to harmonize my reduced, clear picture language with a sunset.
